Amazing service. My Mac Book Air problem was diagnosed very quickly. The communication throughout was brilliant and was given the least cost option. I left a web query to help identify an issue with my brand new PC crashing, John was back in touch inside 5 minutes, offered me a call and walked me through every step of diagnosis. He also helped me ensure I was getting the best from my system, identifying a couple of small errors I'd made in the build, alongside complete diagnosis of the crash I was having. Fantastic support, a brilliant approach and I couldn't be happier with how great they were! Master craftsmen of the PC world, this is the place to go for all your personal computer and laptop needs.

Full marks in every respect. Had a problem with my PC, opened it up to try and fix it myself, only made matters worse. Was ready for the time and expense of lugging it to a pro to fix, but instead John guided me through fixing it with my own hands via a videocall. Problem fully sorted out in little over half an hour, plus I learned something of hardware along the way.
